A Blunder can be considered as a grammar mistake, spelling mistake and/or a voice note that is considered to pointless vs writing out a full message
Blunders are NOT limited to the above definition and be considered to be extensions of pretty much anything but this is by vote of the council or overall judge/commissioner
Blunders CANNOT be punctuation mistakes, this causes the game to be poisonous and trivial
One Blunder is equal to One shot of rasberry sambuca or equivalent hard spirit. Alternative spirits to rasberry sambuca must be voted on by council or judge/commissioner
Blunders or the game of Blunders will only be played during specific time slots in the year. These time slots are agreed upon within the group before the game commences.
During an active time slot the game can be observered in two separate phases; Collection and Completion.
The "Colleciton" phase is the time during the game before the final date and gathering of the agreed upon time slot
The "Completion" phase usually takes place on the final date of any agreed upon timeslot (e.g. christmas eve eve) and is considered the time where all participants will complete their shots thus removing a blunder from their tally
Tallying of Blunders can and will only be done by one person allocated per year by the group by democratic vote. This person can also be considered to be the aforementioned judge/commissioner of the game also.
The judge/commissioner will have final say on any disputes during play that do not pertain to themselves. In the event of the judge/commissioner being involved in a dispute then a second elected official shall recide of proceedings
